Refund policy

✿ CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS 

All sales are final and are not eligible for cancellations, exchanges, modifications or refunds once payment has been made. Please kindly read the item descriptions and check the enamel pin quality guide before completing your purchase.

 

✿ DAMADED ITEMS 

Please note that items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to their new homes, but on occasion, a damaged product could slip past me!

If your items are damaged, please contact me with pictures/proof at sales@honeygokko.com. You can choose between being refunded or to replace the items.


✿ LOST PACKAGES 

Unfortunately, once packages leave my hands, they are out of my control. I cannot be held responsible for items lost by the post office. All my packages are tracked with the French Post. If your tracking says delivered, but hasn't arrived, kindly contact your local post office for more information.
