All orders are shipped at least once a week via the French Post with a tracking number.

I mail out packages at least once per week, depending of the pending orders. But in any case, they are shipped every week on Monday. Please note that during sales, shop updates, etc, processing times may take a little bit longer.

Varies from country to country, weight by weight. You can preview shipping costs before checking out.

✿ DELIVERY TIMES ✿

Please note that delivery times can be delayed due to COVID-19.

The following are the estimated delivery times from the date the order has been shipped:

France	3 - 10 business days*
Europe	1 - 9 weeks*
International	2 - 9 weeks*

*Holiday shipping times may be longer than the usual times above.

Please take note that there is a small unfortunate chance that the order will take longer to reach you than estimated.

I will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/etc that have incurred based on your country rules and regulations.

I'm still navigating the new duty fees law for the United States (the French post changes their options every single day so it's kind of difficult). The shipping price for the US is tariff included since February the 18th so you should not be asked to pay any more after making your purchase with me if you put your order after this date. For all previous orders, I might come back to you to get those duty fees.

Be mindful when buying from my shop since most of my items are made in China.

Unfortunately, I can't control what happens to your order once shipped. Therefore, Honey Gokko will not refund or replace any lost packages (Unless you took the insurance option).

If your order gets lost, you need to check with your post office.

Due to the situation in Ukraine, deliveries for Georgia, Moldavia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Japan and Australia will take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding!
