About my Boutique
Q : Where is located my boutique?
A : My boutique is located in France, in the small lovely town called Noisiel, 20 minutes away from Paris.
Q : What is the store currency?
A : All prices are in Euro.
Q : Do you take commissions?
A : I only take digital art commission. I would be glad to work on project so if you are interested, feel free to contact me through the contact page or at email@example.com and we'll discuss it :).
Q : Can I use your artwork for a tattoo?
A : Yes, that's possible, but few steps are required :). (1) Ask me, and if I'm okay with it, (2) kindly order from my shop the item you want to get tattooed.
I would loooove to see your tattoo once it's done! Do not hesitate to show me and tag me on twitter or IG!
Q : Do you ship internationally?
A : Yes, I do! Except for the UK... Unfortunately, due to the VAT changes in 2021, I'm not able to process delivery in UK for the moment.
Q : How long does it take to ship my order?
A : I mail out packages once a week, on Mondays. Please note that during sales, shop updates, etc, processing times may take a little bit longer.
Q : How long does the shipping take?
A : The following processing delivery times are approximate. The package may arrive sooner or later (it may depend on your location or holidays...). I kindly remind you I don't ship in the UK due to VAT changes.
France : 3 - 10 business days
Europe : 1 - 9 weeks
International : 2 - 9 weeks
Q : Can I track my order?
A : Yes! Parcels are shipped by the French Post and they provide a tracking number. Please use the following website to follow your shipment : https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel
Q: Can you mark the price down of my order as a "GIFT" to avoid custom fees?
A: Unfortunately, I cannot mark your order as "gift" because that's a legal offense in the European Union.
Therefore, customers are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any taxes or fees that their country may ask for. Please be aware of your country's fees and policies BEFORE placing an order!
Q : There is a mistake / defect in my order. What should I do?
A : I'm very sorry for the mistake! Do get in touch with via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of what you actually received and we will sort it out for you accordingly.
Q : How can I place a group order?
A : You can simply send me an email at email@example.com with the list of the products you would want. Depending of if I have the merch at hands or not, shippings will be paid at the same time or when I would have received the products.
